Return & Refund Policy (Dry Fruits and Nuts Products)

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval will be granted if it meets eligibility criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Replacement Option

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

5. Return Process

  • Customers must provide order details, clear photos of the product, and issue description.
  • Approval is required before sending any product back.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
